Alife's, Inc. has officially launched a coaching service specialized for IT engineers.
Engineers' careers come with their own particular concerns: technology choices, career design, management, communication, changing jobs, side projects and starting a business. Our coaches, who have hands-on experience in the field, help you sort through the technical and working-style contexts that general career coaching finds hard to reach.
The greatest feature of this service is its focus on engineers — we walk alongside you through engineer-specific challenges from technology selection to career design, management and entrepreneurship. Rather than one-way advice, we take a dialogue-based approach aimed at creating a state where you can "think, choose and move forward on your own". Programs range from short intensive courses (4 sessions × 1 hour) to long-term engagements (six months to a year), proposed flexibly according to your needs. Everything is completed online, so you can join from anywhere in Japan — and inquiries from overseas are welcome.
We welcome a wide range of consultations: engineers unsure about their tech stack or next career direction, those struggling with the move into management, engineers considering side work, independence or starting a company, and leaders facing challenges in hiring, development and team building.
